Zainteresowania badawcze

  • Ewolucja i biogeografia molekularna wysokogórskiej i arktyczno-alpejskiej bioty o dysjunktywnych zasięgach, w szczególności w górach Europy oraz obszarach (sub)polarnych Ziemi (Arktyka, Antarktyka).
  • Struktura i ewolucja bioróżnorodności wyspowej strefy wysokogórskiej Karpat (na poziomach wewnątrzgatunkowym i gatunkowym) i kształtujące ją czynniki historyczne i współczesne.
  • Struktura genetyczna wysokogórskiej flory Tatr w kontekście zmian klimatu.
  • Endemizm flory Karpat i jego znaczenie biogeograficzne.
